Let's talk.If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales - and you're used to generating your own business, hitting real numbers, and getting paid for performance - this is built for you. This isn't a lead-mill gig where you sit back and wait for the phone to ring. About half your week is spent building your own pipeline - door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and territory development - and the other half converting warm, company-generated leads from our in-house R3 marketing system. And unlike a lot of sales roles, we hold you to clear specific sales quotas and performance targets, because we want people who are motivated by hitting numbers, not just staying busy.
What You'll Do- Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals
- Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM
- Manage the full sales cycle - from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract
- Hit monthly quota and pipeline targets, so you always know exactly where you stand
- Get full company training, coaching, and a real path to grow your career
What You Bring- 2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success - home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred
- Comfort prospecting and building your own business - not just working leads handed to you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps
