Generate New Business- Prospect neighborhoods impacted by severe weather
- Build relationships with homeowners through face-to-face interactions
- Schedule roof inspections and identify restoration opportunities
Educate Homeowners- Conduct property inspections for storm-related damage
- Explain the restoration and insurance claims process
- Provide honest recommendations and exceptional customer service
Manage Projects- Guide customers from the initial inspection through final project completion
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and internal production teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
Grow Your Business- Develop referral relationships
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build long-term customer trust within your community

Qualifications- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Ability to manage multiple projects while providing outstanding customer service
