What part will you play?
As a Roofing Project Manager at Gunner, you'll be the driving force behind every remodeling project once it's sold. You'll oversee all aspects of execution, ensuring contracts are delivered flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. Acting as the on-site leader, you'll manage subcontractors, safeguard quality, ensure safety compliance, and deliver a remarkable customer experience from start to finish - with minimal supervision and maximum impact. You own the homeowner relationship from the first walkthrough to the final handshake. You are the person they call, and the reason they refer us to a neighbor.

Communicate proactively and effectively with both customers and internal teams at every stage.
Own escalations personally. When something goes wrong on a job, you are the one who calls the homeowner first, explains it plainly, and makes it right.
Use technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to start, run, and close projects on time.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
