You'll provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in the design, integration, and support of advanced robotic systems that drive engineering excellence and business success.
A typical day as a Robotics Engineering Team Lead can include:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Robotics Engineers while managing project priorities and resources
- Design, integrate, and support robotic automation systems
- Provide technical leadership in robotics, controls, and system integration
- Troubleshoot complex automation and application challenges
- Support customer applications, system commissioning, and technical issue resolution

Required Education & Experience- Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 6+ years of robotics, automation, or integration experience
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with industrial robots, PLCs, and controls
- SolidWorks proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
