Qualifications

• Experience with Process Simulate software is essential.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter or similar data management software required.
• Knowledge of Body-in-White (BIW) weld and assembly systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for teamwork.
• Flexibility in schedule to work 40-55 hours per week based on project needs.
• Adapting to project requirements and taking direction is important.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Robotic Simulation Lead.
• Utilize Process Simulate for robotic system movement simulations.
• Ensure robotic layouts are collision-free and meet customer standards.
• Support in selecting robots and optimizing cycle times.
• Train and mentor junior simulation engineers as necessary.
• Validate tooling and perform offline programming tasks.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design and other teams as needed.
