A Day in the LifeWe are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
The Surgical Robotics Utilization Team manages all aspects of system installation, start-up, customer training, account analysis, drive and optimize the robotic program. Placement of a HUGO surgical robot in the hospital requires full-time support for an account specific period to ensure successful integration into the hospital’s service lines. The utilization team members are seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain as well as a broad experience across multiple disciplines. They partner with all relevant hospital stakeholders to drive complex transformational changes, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.

We are seeking talented individuals that are eager to use all their skills and competencies to quickly deploy our ground-breaking robotic assisted surgical therapies to patients, surgeons and hospitals in several countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Territory: Position is located in Orange County, CA. Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%) is required.

As a Robotics Clinical Specialist you will be responsible for the successful integration of our HUGO™ RAS-system into a hospital. This might be an expansion of a current robotic surgery program, the creation of a new robotic surgery program or a shift from another platform to our HUGO™ RAS-system. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
