Robotaxi Strategic Partnership Manager About our Commercial Partnerships TeamWayve's Commercial Partnerships team works at the intersection of autonomy, mobility platforms, and automotive OEMs, building the ecosystem that enables the AI Driver to reach customers at scale. The team turns strategic partnerships into real-world deployments by aligning commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders around successful autonomous mobility launches.
Your day-to-day- As Robotaxi Strategic Partnership Manager, you will lead the day-to-day commercial execution of Wayve's robotaxi partnerships in the US.
- You will work closely with ride-hailing platforms, OEM partners, and internal teams across Engineering, Product, Safety, Operations, Policy, and Marketing to move pilots from launch readiness through fleet scale-up.
- This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on execution across technical integration, operational launch, performance management, and long-term scaling.
What you'll be working on:• Drive commercial execution of robotaxi deployments in the US.
• Serve as the primary partnership manager interfacing with ride-hailing and broader ecosystem partners.
• Drive launch readiness across technical integration, fleet ramp, and operational milestones.
• Track performance KPIs and proactively manage commercial and operational risks.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Safety, Operations, Policy, and Marketing to ensure successful deployments.
• Support market expansion planning and long-term scaling to production vehicles.

• You are a credible cross-functional leader who can align Engineering, Product, Operations, Safety, and Policy teams around shared objectives.
• You have experience managing performance, risk, and competing priorities, using data and structured thinking to proactively resolve issues.
• You balance long-term scaling vision with near-term delivery discipline, particularly in complex or regulated environments.
Nice to have• 6+ years in strategic partnerships, mobility, autonomy, AI, or technology platforms.
• Experience in highly regulated industries or operational market launches of an innovative product.
