About The Role:

The Fit Technician at Roark will support the product team to ensure proper adherence to garment specifications. This will be a key role in ensuring product quality and consistency standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Measure & record garments compared to approved specs on all protos, SMS, PPS, and TOPs
  • Conduct fit sessions on live models weekly for all stages of product creation.
  • Provide clear, detailed fit comments and visual references to internal and external partners
  • Establish new fits & blocks with design team at the beginning of the season per SOP


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years experience in apparel fitting, tech design, PD
  • Experience conducting live fit sessions
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern balance, and grading
  • Comfortable managing multiple styles and deadlines
  • Experience w/ Gerber pattern making system a plus


Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
