Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or capability to obtain reciprocity
• At least 4 years of relevant engineering experience
• Demonstrated project delivery capabilities with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with an ability to adapt to changing client and project demands
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in CADD software such as OpenRoads Designer, specifically for public sector work

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engineering plans for roadway projects targeting public agencies primarily, with a focus on ADOT
• Generate complete construction documentation including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Ensure high-quality output while adhering to project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers within B&N's Arizona branches and beyond
• Deliver excellent client service throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior staff through training and coaching initiatives
• Engage in strategic planning for business growth and relationship management
• Represent B&N in stakeholder meetings and monitor project performance metrics
