RN/LPN Unit Manager Registered Nurse DAYSJob Summary:Complete Care at Brakeley Park, a leading provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced (RN) Unit Manager Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our LTC Unit, overseeing clinical care, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities: RN/LPN Unit Manager Registered Nurse DAYS
- Lead and manage daily operations of the unit
- Oversee clinical care and ensure adherence to high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes
- Mentor and support nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company policies
Requirements: RN/LPN Unit Manager Registered Nurse DAYS
- Valid NJ RN License (required)
- Proven leadership experience in long-term or acute care settings
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
