RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:- Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit.
- Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes.
- Communicates condition changes to physicians and families.
- Conducts daily rounds to monitor safety and care standards.
- Provides clinical support including medication administration when needed.
RN Unit Manager Qualifications:- Valid RN license in the state.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years of long-term care nursing required.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
