Note: Regular travel required; must reside in Minnesota.How you will make an impact: The Procare CONNECT program utilizes the OnTrack hybrid curriculum, combining 45 hours of online, on-demand learning with 30 hours of lab and/or clinical experience. The RN/LPN Trainer is responsible for facilitating these lab and/or clinical sessions, whether in-person or through electronic means, for individuals preparing to become Nursing Assistants. Facilitation includes demonstrating skills, coaching, mentoring, and engaging learners. The RN/LPN Trainer plays a key role in promoting quality care and service delivery by developing learners' knowledge, skills, compassion, and attitude.
What you will need: - Flexibility with working hours
- 2+ years of nursing experience in the United States
- 1+ years of licensed nursing experience in US LTC Facility
- 2+ years of direct training experience
- 1+ years of CNA experience, LPN Trainers only
- Proficient in OnTrack, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, technology for skill demos, and Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Certified OnTrack Trainer preferred
