About the Role:As an
RN Supervisor at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units
- Overseeing the implementation of resident care plans
- Conducting regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensuring proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates
- Promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assisting in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous Supervisor experience
