Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent Step Down/Intermediate Care/Progressive Care experience required
• Active State or Compact RN License
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Current ACLS certification from AHA
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and managing complex patient conditions transitioning from critical care

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients requiring close observation but not full intensive care
• Perform frequent monitoring of vital signs and patient status
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
• Manage patient telemetry and respond to alarms promptly
