What You'll Do as an RN: Registered Nurse: - Lead and supervise daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Coordinate staff assignments, provide guidance and coaching, and assist with employee training, orientation, and performance development.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide direct nursing care while monitoring resident health and responding to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, physician orders, and resident records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Promote a resident-centered environment by supporting quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adequate supplies and resources, and maintaining high standards of care.
RN: Registered Nurse Qualifications: - Current Rhode Island RN license
