Full Job Description
For nurses looking to expand their critical care knowledge while caring for complex patients, PCU offers an exceptional blend of challenge, growth, and teamwork.

Our Progressive Care Unit provides an opportunity to care for higher-acuity patients who require close monitoring and thoughtful, evidence-based care. Join a collaborative team where nurses can strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence, and make a meaningful impact every shift.

Join our 36-bed Progressive Care Unit, where nurses care for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and specialized treatment than a traditional medical-surgical floor can provide.

PCU nurses care for patients with complex cardiac conditions, sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, respiratory illnesses, and those recovering from open-heart surgery and advanced cardiovascular procedures. This dynamic environment offers the opportunity to develop advanced assessment, telemetry, and critical thinking skills while working closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Known for its collaborative culture and strong focus on professional growth, the PCU is an excellent place for nurses who enjoy caring for higher-acuity patients while building expertise in cardiac and progressive care.
