Salary range: $88,263.96 - $124,602.44 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Clinical Transformation & Practice Improvement: Lead and support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation initiatives, quality improvement strategies, and standardized best practices aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Education, Training & Competency Development: Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance and learning needs; develop and deliver training, support competency development, and serve as a clinical expert resource.
  • Data, Performance & Process Optimization: Collect, analyze, and report performance data to monitor project outcomes, timelines, quality metrics, and strategic objectives; identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Quality Initiatives: Partner with interdisciplinary teams, committees, councils, and professional organizations to advance safety, quality, documentation standards, the Interdisciplinary Practice Model, and initiatives supporting meaningful use and organizational priorities.
