Qualifications

• Experience in post-anesthesia care or PACU settings.
• Training in basic life support measures.
• Proficiency in airway management techniques.
• Skills in acute surgical wound care and catheter procedures.
• Familiarity with anesthesia recovery protocols.
• Experience with cardiac life support equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care during the immediate postoperative recovery period.
• Monitor patients as they recover from anesthesia following surgery.
• Assess patient readiness for transfer to the appropriate ward or discharge.
• Implement basic life support measures when necessary.
• Apply airway management and acute wound care skills during patient recovery.
