Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of NJ
• Experience in PACU or similar surgical recovery unit
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall recovery post-surgery
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists on patient care
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care procedures
• Ensure proper documentation of patient assessments and interventions
