We are seeking a
Leader at our
Berkley Square campus. This nurse will actively work a floor assignment each night, working with our caregivers and nurses, providing direct bedside care while guiding and supporting the team to reach shared goals. In this role, you won't be sitting in an office-you will actively
partner with your team, providing real-time coaching, mentorship, and support while delivering high-quality, care to our residents. Your positive attitude, confident presence, and hands-on approach to leadership will serve to set the tone for the unit, ensuring a collaborative, accountable, and caring environment.
Pay- $37 - $44/hour based on date of RN licensure and credited LPN experience
- BONUS - Paid 40 hours for working 36!
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus
- $3.00/HR PM shift differential
Shifts Available- Night Shift: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am

Education: Graduate of Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursing.
Licenses or other required certifications: RN licensure is preferred. Must have current RN or LPN license to practice nursing in State of Ohio, hold current CPR card.
Experience: Previous experience in long term/geriatrics preferred.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Familiar with infection control practices, OSHA guidelines relative to long term care, and Ohio Department of Health Regulations.
