RN Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical Float Pool Team at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center- San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is a Full-Time Leadership position.

Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Bachelor's in progress.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 3 years recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • RN Leadership experience
  • Medical Surgical and/or Float Pool experience as a RN

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
