Department Oversight: Medical-Surgical Unit, Special Care Unit, Care Coordination, Clinical Education

Schedule: Full-Time | Leadership Role

MercyOne Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experiencedInpatient Nurse Manager to lead and support our inpatient units, Care Coordination department, and hospitalist team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape clinical excellence, drive performance improvement, and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
