Night Shift RN 

Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder | Full-Time 
1051 N Canfield Niles Rd, Youngstown, OH 44515  
Shifts Available: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) 3 x 12 and every other weekend rotation  
Pay: $38/hour - $42/hour + Shiff Diff 

About Solero Behavioral Transitions 

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct overnight medical assessments and intake screenings for new admissions, including withdrawal risk, psychiatric stability, and safety concerns 
  • Monitor client health, behavior, and detox status throughout the night, identifying changes in mental status, withdrawal symptoms, or medical emergencies 
  • Administer scheduled and PRN medications during night hours, including psychotropic and detox-related medications, ensuring safe pain and symptom management 
  • Respond to overnight medical and psychiatric crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and coordinating with on-call providers as needed 
  • Collaborate with clinical, psychiatric, and on-call medical staff to implement and adjust treatment plans based on overnight observations 
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, medication administration, incidents, and client progress in the EHR 
  • Provide medication education and health guidance to clients during night interactions and as needed for late admissions 
  • Offer compassionate emotional support during overnight hours, including one-on-one check-ins, crisis intervention, and brief therapeutic or support groups when appropriate 

 Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program 
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio 
  • Must be 21 years or older 
  • Experience in mental health and/or addiction preferred 
  • New Grads welcome
