Salary range: $113,212.58 - $153,169.23 per year
How you'll make an impact in this role- Manage unit activities, workflow, nursing resources, staff hiring, training, evaluation, and overall administration, drawing on previous hospital and management experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while developing policies, procedures, and quality monitoring systems for efficient health services delivery.
- Identify and resolve patient care issues while actively monitoring and adhering to budget guidelines, expenditures, and purchases.
- Maintain a high level of associate, patient, and physician satisfaction through effective daily oversight and leadership.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience preferred.
