Salary Range: $81,383.56 - $110,107.45 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Directing the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit(s) to ensure seamless, continuous patient care.
  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing evidence-based policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery
  • Conducting regular staff evaluations, identifying areas for growth, and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Ensuring the unit strictly adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.


Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative
    leadership experience required.
