Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery provides comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and the immediate postpartum period. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care for laboring and postpartum patients and newborns
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout labor and delivery
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
  • Support and educate patients and families during the childbirth process
  • Respond effectively to obstetric and neonatal emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:
