Department: Wound and Ostomy Care Education

Work Type: Full Time

Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 6:00:00 PM {4-10s or 5-8s starting at 8:00AM - no weekends}

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $35.04 - $47.30 / hour

Hiring Incentive: $7,000 relocation bonus and generous housing stipend for those who qualify

Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment// planning// implementation// and evaluation of patient's wounds// ostomy// and continence care. Provides education to patients// family// and staff.
