Schedule - 7p-7a - 3x12hr shifts + rotating weekends
Sign on bonus: $15,000
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor patient conditions, and prioritize care needs based on physical, psychosocial, and clinical findings.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately while adhering to established clinical policies and standards.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, discharge planning, and self-care practices to support recovery and ongoing wellness.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, treatments, and responses accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and promote positive outcomes.
- Advocate for patient safety, rights, and quality care by maintaining a safe environment and participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Education: • Associate's of Nursing [Required]• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience: • 1+ prior hospital/acute care nursing experience. [Preferred]• RN experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications: • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
