Qualifications

• Active RN license with RNFA certification
• 3+ years of perioperative experience
• Demonstrated ability to assist with surgical procedures
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon in surgical procedures for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient vitals and react to changes during surgery
• Prepare and maintain the surgical field
• Coordinate with surgical team members pre-and post-operative care
• Educate patients about post-operative care and recovery plans
