Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and meet specialty requirements in Endoscopy.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and scientific judgment skills.
• Exhibits leadership and the ability to guide patient care.
• Understands and applies recognized nursing techniques and protocols.
• Adheres to established nursing policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic Endoscopy.
• Coordinate with the Endoscopy team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Anticipate and prepare for patient care needs before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer and follow physician’s orders in patient care.
• Implement and maintain compliance with nursing policies and established standards.
