Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in dialysis care for patients
• Familiarity with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures
• Strong understanding of renal patient management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis sessions
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and care
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient treatment plans
• Maintain and operate dialysis equipment effectively
• Document patient care and progress accurately
