Full Job Description
Coordinate the nursing services of Providence Home Infusion. This includes process development, patient and staff scheduling, coordination with pharmacy and oversight of daily workflow for delivery of nursing care.

Required Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3 years Home Infusion nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
