Where You'll Work

The RN Clinical Coordinator for Perioperative Services at St. Anthony North Hospital serves as the primary driver of operational throughput and department-wide efficiency for a high-volume unit supporting Surgery, the GI Lab, and the Pain Clinic. Managing a fast-paced environment that facilitates approximately 40 surgical, 15 GI, and 30 pain management cases daily, this leadership role is dedicated to the tactical execution of 13 pre-op rooms and 19 PACU bays. Rather than focusing on a single area, you will be responsible for the strategic deployment of cross-trained staff, ensuring seamless clinical coverage and patient flow across both pre-op and recovery settings. As a central pillar of the management team, you will focus on system-level performance by streamlining patient transitions, managing daily scheduling logistics, and overseeing the efficient recovery of both Phase I and Phase II patients. By providing high-level floor oversight and proactively addressing operational bottlenecks-including Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) throughput and unit transport-you will act as the primary resource for the entire perioperative team, ensuring that resource allocation, scheduling accuracy, and department-wide productivity are maintained at the highest level.

For more than 50 years, St. Anthony North Hospital has delivered optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton. Highlights of our campus include 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, ambulatory surgery center, birthing center with private birthing suites, Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, over 150 inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services. In 2023, we received our prestigious Magnet designation! We are so proud of our nursing staff for this achievement, which is awarded to less than 6 percent of hospitals in the United States. Built on the pillars of convenience, wellness and person-centered care, we offer inpatient and outpatient care at one site, with an emphasis on preventive health, wellness and health education.
