Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with pacemaker and defibrillator implants
• Knowledge of cardiac diagnostic procedures is essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures in the Cath Lab
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
• Educate patients on post-procedure care
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately
• Maintain equipment and assist in troubleshooting
