Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a Cath Lab or similar specialty
• BLS and ACLS certification up to date
• Experience assisting with catheterization procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures and assist with diagnostic evaluations
• Administer medications and manage sedation for patient comfort during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians during the implantation of cardiac devices
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care
• Maintain sterile environments and comply with safety protocols
• Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records
