Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab or similar critical care setting
• Active State or Compact RN License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from AHA
• Proficient in pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
• Familiarity with cath lab equipment and sterile techniques

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Administer medications during procedures
• Monitor patient vitals throughout the process
• Circulate during cardiac procedures
• Ensure comprehensive post-procedural care
• Collaborate with cardiologists and technologists for patient outcomes
