Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager • Full-Time | Highland Park, IL
JourneyCare Hospice

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to provide patient-centered, end-of-life care in the Highland Park area.
Schedule & Territory
  • Territory: Highland Park, IL 60037 and surrounding communities.
  • Monday• Friday, 8:30 AM • 5:00 PM. No On-Call.
  • One weekend rotation every 12 weeks.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000 • $97,000 annually (based on experience)
