Qualifications

• 5-7 years of nursing experience, preferably in case management
• Active RN license for the state of Washington
• Strong understanding of patient advocacy principles
• Experience with treatment plans and patient education
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Familiarity with the specific unit; must discuss with a recruiter

Responsibilities

• Act as a patient advocate throughout the treatment process
• Educate patients and families on health statuses and treatment options
• Coordinate and facilitate necessary resources for patient care
• Assist patients in following through on their treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
