What you'll be doing:
- Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient's nursing needs.
- Meet Daily Productivity Standards.
- Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
- Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.

Job Type and Pay:- PRN, Part time and Full-time
- $42-$52/hr
What we're looking for:- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of the job posting.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
- Must have current BLS Certification.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Schedule:- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Weekends as needed
Compensation: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
