RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Touchstone Communities.

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated nurses and CNAs.
- Partnering with leadership to implement innovative practices that improve resident outcomes and enhance quality of life.

What You Bring- A current and valid Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license) is required.
- At least 2 years of long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience is required.
