Your Impact as RN ADONIn partnership with the Director of Nursing, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in guiding clinical excellence by:
- Supporting and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations in a Skilled Nursing setting
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring nurses and CNAs to perform at their highest potential
- Serving as a trusted clinical leader and resource for staff, residents, and families
- Driving regulatory compliance while promoting a culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and accountability
- Championing best practices, innovation, and continuous quality improvement
- Modeling professionalism, integrity, and servant leadership at all times
What You Bring to the Team- Current Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license)
- Required: Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN experience
- Required: Previous nurse leadership experience in long-term care/SNF
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership presence
- A passion for mentoring others and creating a positive, high-performing team culture
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
