Your Impact as RN ADON

In partnership with the Director of Nursing, you'll play a hands-on leadership role in guiding clinical excellence by:
  • Supporting and overseeing day-to-day clinical operations in a Skilled Nursing setting
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring nurses and CNAs to perform at their highest potential
  • Serving as a trusted clinical leader and resource for staff, residents, and families
  • Driving regulatory compliance while promoting a culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and accountability
  • Championing best practices, innovation, and continuous quality improvement

What You Bring to the Team
  • Current Texas RN license (or Compact Party State RN license)
  • Required: Prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) RN experience
  • Required: Previous nurse leadership experience in long-term care/SNF
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership presence
  • A passion for mentoring others and creating a positive, high-performing team culture


Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
