As a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator Assistant Director of Education, you will design, implement, and sustain educational programs that inspire clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support professional growth at every level of nursing practice. Responsibilities and Duties:- Perform general orientation of all new employees
- Conduct clinical competency training and evaluation of nursing staff
- Coordinate guest educators for programs, such as IVs and Respiratory
- Implement education programs for Certified Nursing Assistants per the education calendar
- Provide in-service education of all employees as needed
Qualifications and Skills:- Active RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in long-term care or subacute rehab
- Proven teaching, leadership, or preceptorship experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and staff empowerment
