Admission Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts Available: Full Time Evening

FT: Monday - Friday 2:00pm To 10:00Pm
Hourly Rate: $55.00

Location: The Osborn, Rye, NY

Position Summary

The Osborn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This role is essential in overseeing new resident admissions, managing intake, and ensuring a smooth transition into our community. The Admission RN will conduct clinical assessments, provide direct nursing care, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.

We are looking for a professional RN who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in long-term care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of new resident admissions and intake.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and initiate individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed, ensuring safety and comfort.
