RMC Area Manager 1What You'll Be Doing- Lead day-to-day operations across assigned ready-mix concrete locations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.
- Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop teams by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting growth.
- Partner with sales, dispatch, and plant leadership to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
- Monitor operational metrics and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve cost, quality, and productivity.

Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments. The Area Manager regularly visits ready-mix concrete plants and job sites, works around moving equipment, and partners closely with frontline teams. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required in operational areas.
