The Opportunity

As a Risk Modeling Services P&C - Senior Associate, you will engage in analyzing and managing financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis. Your work will generate valuable insights and recommendations to help businesses make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes even when the path forward isn't clear.

In this role, you will be part of our Actuarial Services team within our Assurance practice, where you will contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide advice and solutions, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics
- At least 2 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or an Associateship of the Society of Actuaries and actively pursuing Fellowship of the Society of ActuariesCertification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
