MLT Systems is seeking an experienced Risk Management to support in conducting, planning, and providing engineering and analytical support for ACV CM and Risk Management operations to the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA).
Key Responsibilities:- CM operation tasks include maintenance of the CM Plans; analyzing CM processes; conducting in-depth analysis; developing measurements to monitor CM process key phases; managing CCB; managing Configuration Review Board (CRB); review drawings; review CM CDRLs; review ECPs; review TDP; and provide a status report IAW CDRL A011 (Technical-study/Services; Configuration and Risk Management Analysis Status Report).
- Evaluate program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of Engineering Change Proposals and Deviations based on Configuration Control Board results.
- Assist in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Configuration Control Boards process.
- Support the conduct of Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.
- Support engineering and technical assessments of ACV Technical Reviews in the following areas: assisting the Government in preparing for the reviews; providing comments and adjudications to action items assigned during the reviews; and providing a status of action items through close out.
- RM operation tasks include maintaining the RM Plan and process; analyzing RM processes; conducting in-depth analysis; developing measurements to monitor key RM process phases; assessing PQDRs; and providing a status report IAW CDRL A011.
- Assist in organizing and managing the PM AAA internal Risk Management Board (RMB) process.
- Evaluate program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of Risk and risk mitigations based on RMB results.
Education/Experience:- Four (4) years of related progressive professional work experience including Engineering, Risk Management and Management Information Systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication, Management, Sciences, Information Systems, or other related analytical, Scientific, or technical disciplines preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Specific/Preferred Requirements:- Active Secret clearance (possession or ability to obtain).
- Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
