JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Risk Management - Reputation Risk Vice President in the Firmwide Reputation Risk Governance team, you will be central to the firm's efforts to anticipate, assess, and manage reputation risk across all business lines and regions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the Firm to identify and implement technology-enabled efficiencies, and contribute to the evolution of the firm's reputation risk framework. You'll apply cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions, and help drive continuous improvement in risk management processes and reporting.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of firmwide and line of business reputation risk themes and emerging issues, leveraging structured and unstructured incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze current political, social, and economic global affairs for potential reputation risk impacts.
  • Proactively identify and deliver process, reporting, and technology improvements for reputation risk by building and scaling modular analytics/AI products, partnering with Technology and Middle Office to improve decision-making and workflow efficiency.
  • Help set and drive the Reputation Risk AI strategy by partnering with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and design, develop, and embed solutions into end-to-end risk management workflows.
  • Lead reputation risk tactical and strategic initiatives while keeping the team current on emerging AI/analytics trends by providing the tools, training, and resources needed to drive adoption with key stakeholders.
  • Integrate insights from new technology trends into strategies, operational processes, and, governance.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Minimum five years of experience in financial services, risk management, product management, or legal functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI solution development and deployment in a risk management context.
  • Strong knowledge of JPMorganChase's business lines, processes, and products; ability to navigate across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
  • Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership and manages deliverables with a strong attention to detail and completes deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thoroughly evaluate complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to propose solutions and escalate risks.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to identify potential process and control issues and develop and present solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Effective collaborator across all levels of seniority, lines of business, and corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive consensus.
  • Experience with language models, prompt engineering, and model finetuning.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, engaging, and professional presentations for stakeholders.
