2. In support of Eastman Business Park development efforts, review and approve tenant equipment and processes to ensure conformance to Kodak standards, as well as applicable governmental codes and standards.
3. Manage the Kodak Fire Department (KFD) team, overseeing staff meetings, regularly interacting through 1:1 meetings, and conducting performance reviews.
4. Develop and administer budgets for the KFD and the risk engineering functions.
5. Maintain productive relationships with municipal emergency response departments, fire marshals and code compliance inspectors. Coordinate 24/7 coverage for emergency response for Kodak Rochester facilities. Represent Kodak Rochester at Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) meetings.
6. Serve as liaison to insurance company to fulfill requests for information and implement plant protection recommendations both in Rochester and worldwide. Ensure completion of government and insurance required inspections and maintain associated records. Provide information and tours as needed for insurance representatives.
7. Manage support services for electrical hazard classification and electrical risk engineering resources for Kodak operations.
8. Support the launch and integration of cloud-based incident reporting, action tracking and concern reporting software systems. Ensure root cause and corrective actions are identified to prevent the recurrence of HSE-related incidents.
9. Participate in process safety review activities for applicable Kodak Rochester operations. Use risk assessment methods to provide engineering recommendations as needed.
10. Monitor changes to applicable codes and standards, communicating and implementing updates to Kodak operational and facility leaders.
11. Involvement with capital projects related to fire protection working with outside vendors and Kodak personnel. Current projects largely involve fire alarm and sprinkler systems upgrades or maintenance.
12. Other duties as assigned by supervision and management.

Requirements:
