RISK DIVISIONAL MANAGEMENT

The Divisional Risk Management group is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining various aspects of the Risk Division's governance and strategy components globally. This group reports into the Risk Division Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays a key role in increasing the transparency of risks and influencing related decision making and prioritization.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving the development, refinement, and delivery of internal and external reporting, including for the Board, senior management, and stakeholders across the firm
  • Coordinate and liaise across senior stakeholders, various divisions and risk domains to gather, organize, and collate various information for projects and presentations for the Board, senior management, and stakeholders across the firm
  • Serve as the primary secretary administrator for the Bank Risk and Asset Liability Committee ("BRALCO") include hosting and facilitating meetings, taking precise and actionable meeting minutes, and managing the end-to-end meeting lifecycle
  • Help support key cross-divisional risk initiatives, ad hoc requests, follow-ups, and strategic projects under the direction of senior risk leadership


Qualifications

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a high attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to navigate large data sets, develop metrics, and perform analysis is a plus

  • High proficiency in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (e.g., M365 Copilot)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years in the Financial Services / Banking industry
  • Prior experience in risk management, compliance, other governance functions preferred (e.g. Enterprise Risk, Business Control Officers)
