Position Title: DIRECTOR, RISK & CONTROLS

Pay Grade: 18

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS

Job Summary

The Director, Risk & Controls - Safety leads the organization's safety risk management, compliance, and internal controls programs. This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating safety risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening governance processes, and driving a culture of safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee enterprise safety risk and controls frameworks.
